Kitchen Operations Assistant

Salary: $700 – $1,200 / month Location: Qatar

The Kitchen Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting chefs and kitchen teams with daily preparation, cleaning, ingredient handling, kitchen organization, and general kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will assist with preparing ingredients, organizing kitchen supplies, maintaining clean work areas, supporting food-service activities, and following food-safety and hygiene procedures.

This position is suitable for hardworking candidates who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment and are willing to learn professional kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily kitchen activities.
  • Prepare basic ingredients according to instructions.
  • Wash, clean, peel, cut, and organize food ingredients.
  • Assist with food preparation before service.
  • Arrange ingredients and kitchen supplies for easy access.
  • Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
  • Check food ingredients for quality and freshness.
  • Store food items according to kitchen procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas.
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Assist with cleaning cooking areas and preparation surfaces.

  • Assist with buffet, banquet, catering, and special-event preparation.
