Store Keeper

Salary: $850 – $1,350 / month Location: Armenia

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and organizing goods, materials, and stock within a warehouse or storage facility.

The successful candidate will receive incoming goods, maintain accurate stock records, organize storage areas, monitor stock levels, issue materials when required, and support smooth warehouse operations.

This position is suitable for organized candidates with good attention to detail who can maintain accurate records and follow warehouse and inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming goods and materials.
  • Check delivered items against purchase orders or delivery documents.
  • Inspect goods for visible damage or discrepancies.
  • Record received goods accurately.
  • Organize products and materials in designated storage locations.
  • Maintain accurate stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock items.
  • Issue materials and products according to authorized requests.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch or internal distribution.
  • Maintain proper labeling and identification of stored items.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Report missing, damaged, expired, or incorrect stock.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
  • Follow proper storage and handling procedures.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and appropriately.
  • Maintain inventory and warehouse documentation.
  • Update stock information in records or warehouse systems where required.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, production, and warehouse teams.
