HVAC Technician

Salary: Negotiable Location: Saudi Arabia

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

The successful candidate will work with HVAC equipment, ventilation systems, air-conditioning units, controls, and related components according to technical requirements, manufacturer instructions, and safety procedures.

This position is suitable for skilled trade professionals with practical HVAC experience and the ability to diagnose equipment problems, perform maintenance, and complete installation and repair work safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC and air-conditioning systems according to project requirements.
  • Install indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment and related components.
  • Install ventilation systems, ducts, pipes, and associated equipment where required.
  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance and servicing.
  • Inspect HVAC systems for faults, leaks, damage, and performance issues.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in HVAC equipment.
  • Repair or replace defective HVAC components.
  • Clean and maintain filters, coils, fans, condensers, and other components.
  • Check system performance and operating conditions.
  • Test HVAC systems after installation, servicing, or repair.
  • Use HVAC tools, meters, gauges, and equipment safely.
  • Read and follow basic technical drawings and equipment instructions.
  • Assist with system installation during construction and renovation projects.
  • Maintain service and maintenance records where required.
  • Report major technical problems and equipment failures to supervisors.
  • Maintain HVAC tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Follow applicable procedures for refrigerants and HVAC materials.
  • Wear required protective equipment.
  • Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, construction workers, supervisors, and other technicians.
  • Follow project schedules and work instructions.
  • Maintain professional and responsible behavior.
  • Perform other HVAC duties assigned by supervisors.
