Gate Security Officer
We are seeking alert, reliable, and responsible Gate Security Officers to control access and maintain security at entrances and exits across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Georgia. The role involves checking visitors, employees, vehicles, deliveries, and access permissions while maintaining accurate records and following site security procedures.
Gate Security Officer
The Gate Security Officer is responsible for managing access through designated entrances and exits while protecting the assigned property, facility, employees, visitors, and assets.
The successful candidate will verify access permissions, monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles and visitors, maintain gate records, conduct basic security checks, and report unusual activity or incidents to supervisors.
This position is suitable for disciplined, alert, and professional candidates with good observation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned gates, entrances, and exits.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Check identification and access permissions where required.
- Verify visitor information according to site procedures.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry records.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Check delivery documents where required.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Conduct basic visual security checks of vehicles and deliveries according to company procedures.
- Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity.
- Maintain accurate gate logs and security records.
- Coordinate with Security Guards and Security Supervisors.
- Monitor CCTV cameras at the gate where assigned.
- Ensure gates and access points remain secure.
- Assist with emergency situations according to site procedures.
- Report security incidents and access violations to supervisors.
- Maintain professional communication with visitors and employees.
- Follow site access-control procedures.
